At Ribblesdale over the past years, we have begun to look at the  way our pupils learn.  Part of this learning is about how we prepare our pupils to go on into the different career oppertunities that are available to them and how they can gain experience in the range of different skills required.  STEM- Science Technology Engineering and Maths, is just one of  many ways that we can give our pupils these oppertunities and at the same time develop those pupils abilities that are coming to us from the primary schools sector.

These oppertunities are delivered in a range of different ways.  In class project work or visits on site at some of our industrial links.  Educational investors such as local or national organisations or in the after school clubs and project groups.  STEM is a nationally run project with centres all over the country and who support school in acheiving their aims.
